Alice M Rubayita

After receiving Jesus Christ as personal savior in her life in 2008, Alice went through discipleship and she came to know that believers are commanded to live out Great Commission. In 2013 it became specific to her after attending Kairos course that teaches about reaching nations (especially unreached) with the gospel. The desire to become a missionary was birthed in her heart while on a mission trip to Northern part of Kenya where she saw unreached people of Rendiles. She started praying about it and shared with few friends to pray with her. By the time she finished university, she was not sure if God is leading her into full-time ministry, she went for a job. In 2019 God confirmed His call upon her life to serve Him as a missionary. She joined Great Commission Movement of Rwanda as a staff in December 2020.

She serves as a communication Director of the organisation and she is committed to communicate to ministry partners what God is doing in ministry through storytelling and documentation and also serves as national crisis manager and the role as crisis manager is to keep crises from unnecessarily disrupting the ministry, provide protection, and care for staff.
