Judith and Michael desire to build leaders at every level who are passionate about building spiritual movements. They are committed to creating an environment where staff members thrive and excel in their God given role.

"It is my personal purpose statement to bless everyone everywhere by leading a supernatural phenomena of spiritual revival, empowering young emerging leaders to be the best they can be for the Kingdom, sharing the Word as seeds that have the potential to transform lives, cultures and nations, and significantly contribute to building movements everywhere as I experience the resurrection power of Christ," Michael said.

Michael married Judith in 1988. They have three children: Jonathan Michael, Jeremy Michael and Grace Michael. Before marrying Michael and becoming a Campus Crusade staff member, Judith taught at a prestigious school in Bangalore. Judith is committed to mentoring young staff women and enjoys going to campus to reach out to students and mentor them.
